Complaints & Feedback

  • Grocon values our customers’ daily household & hygiene requirements and accordingly in case of any complaint or feedback our customers’ are always welcome to contact us over support@Grocon.pk or give us a call on our UAN number 042-111-042-043

Order Change Policy

  • Our customers can call on our helpline and can change the order, SKU or brand of the product anytime before the payment is made against the order.
  • In case of any change in the order of easypaisa/credit card/debit card, the new order should be placed by the customer.
  • In case of any change in the order of cash on delivery, the customer can amend his/her order till the rider is not assigned. If the rider is assigned, the customer has to place a new order.
  • Once the payment is made against the Unique Order ID, our customers can only cancel their order as per Grocon Cancellation Policy and can claim a refund as per Door Step Refund Policy.
  • If the customer wants anything in addition to the previous order it will always be catered as a new order request and will have to meet the minimum order amount criteria for it to be free of delivery charges.

Delivery Information & Charges

  • Delivery charges for any delivery will incur, fixed delivery charge of PKR 200 per order.
  • In case where the customer ordered goods however, later Grocon finds out that there is any item out of stock, the delivery charges for the rest of the products will incur.
  • In case the delivery team does not comply with hygienic practice i.e. wearing of masks, using hand gloves, sanitizing of the boxes at door step there will be no monetary compensation; however Grocon encourages customers to immediately bring the same to our notice so that a strict action can be taken to ensure the best practices as per company policy.
  • Grocon delivery charges are fixed and are subject to change without any prior notice, Grocon shall have the right, at its sole discretion.

Returns/Refunds

  • Grocon values its customers and if your product is defective, damaged, expired, incorrect, incomplete or out of stock at the time of the delivery we will be more than happy to offer a return or refund as per our policy.
  • If a customer accepts a defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect order and our Captain have left the customer location the order delivery will be considered satisfactory and there will be no return/refund. It is due to which we ask our customers to verify the order received before our Captain leaves.
  • If there is any defective, damaged or incorrect order you are advised to immediately call the helpline on our UAN number and notify us and return the product to the captain. Accordingly the refund of amount equivalent to the product price will be credited back to your Easypaisa account. The refund will be credited back to your Easypaisa account within 2 business working days
  • If an order is incomplete due to any reason, you are advised to notify us immediately on our Helpline UAN number, and we will refund the amount equivalent to the goods that were not delivered to you. The refund will be processed as per the amount equivalent to the product price. The refund amount will automatically be credited back to your Easypaisa account within 2 business working days.
  • If in any order, any particular item is out of stock and the customer has already made the payment, the customer will automatically be eligible for a refund of the amount equivalent to the product price that is out of stock. The refund amount will automatically be credited back to your Easypaisa account within 2 business working days.

Damages during the Delivery

  • Any damage incurred to the product during the delivery will have no impact on the customer and the customer can claim for the return & refund of the product, by simply notifying Grocon on our Helpline number.
  • Any damage incurred during the delivery will be sole liability of the delivery partner as Grocon ensures to pack products matching Grocon Quality requirements i.e. they are neither defective nor damaged.

Product’s Pricing

  • Errors may occur in the process of providing product and pricing information by Grocon.
  • In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Grocon shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to contact you for further instructions.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • Further, description / performance of products stated against each are based on the catalogue and technical literature printed by the manufacturers/agent. Therefore, the write-up provided against each product is not that of ours and subject to change without prior notice.
  • In case the product is not being delivered due to discrepancy in pricing, the customer will automatically be eligible for a refund of the amount equivalent to the product price that the customer has already paid. The refund amount will automatically be credited back to your Easypaisa account within 2 business working days.

Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales

  • Grocon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household.
